You can delete your account in the PayMore app or on the website. Nobody else can start this for you.
Open the app, go to Account, then Profile & Security, and choose Delete account. You will see what is removed and what is kept. If your balance is above zero, or you have an active card, a pending deposit, or a pending card request, you will be asked to resolve that first.
Sign in at paymore.io, open Profile & Security, and choose Delete account. The same checks and the same 7-day cancellation window apply.
Your name, phone, address, date of birth, and ID number. Photos of your identity document and selfie. Your sign-in, including the email and password.
Deposits, card activity, and other financial records stay, without your name or contact details, so the books can be reconciled.
Financial records are kept in anonymized form for 5 years for accounting and anti-money-laundering record-keeping.
You confirm by typing a word and signing in again with your password, passkey, or authenticator code. The account is then scheduled for deletion and you are signed out. Signing in during the next 7 days lets you cancel. After that, the account is anonymized and the sign-in is removed.
You can also email [email protected] from the email address on the account and ask for deletion. Use the subject “Delete my account”.
